How to Apply
Application Process

Prepare Documents
The following documents are required to complete your application:
Certificate of legal registration or incorporation
Governing documents (constitution, statutes, by-laws)
Most recent annual report
Audited or certified financial statements
Statement of alignment with ICO's objectives (max. 2 pages)
List of countries/regions of operation and key programmes
CV or biography of the organisation's Chief Executive / Secretary General

Submit Application
Submit in English to the ICO Executive Secretariat. ICO acknowledges receipt within 10 working days.

Board Review
The Board of Directors reviews your application. A final decision is issued within 30 days. An interview may be requested.

Decision & Onboarding
Board decisions are final at first instance, with the right of appeal to the General Assembly. Approved members join the ICO network.
